Well Child Care and Sports Physicals
Well Child Check visits are periodic preventive care visits from birth through the teenage years include monitoring growth, developmental screening, physical exam, guidance, and vaccines. Sports/camp physical exams and school medication form completion (if needed) are incorporated into these visits.
Well Child Check exams are scheduled with your child’s pediatrician, creating the opportunity to develop a strong bond with you and your child, track growth and development, answer your questions, monitor any ongoing medical conditions or concerns, and offer guidance as you navigate parenthood. We offer all routine childhood immunizations.
Well Child Checks are recommended at the following ages:
- 2 Weeks
- 2 Months
- 4 Months
- 6 Months
- 9 Months
- 12 Months
- 18 Months
- 2 Years
- 3 Years
- 4 Years
- 5 Years
- Every 1-2 Years from 6-18 Years of Age
