Congratulations! As you anticipate the birth of your child, we invite you to tour our clinic and meet a couple of our pediatricians at one of our Open House. Please call 892-1635 for a schedule and to sign up.

Our pediatricians see newborns at Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital and Southwest Washington Medical Center Family Birth Centers every morning.  If you deliver at one of these hospitals, one of our pediatricians will meet you and examine your infant each morning during your stay. If you deliver at another hospital, choose a home birth or your infant is under the care of a neonatal specialist you only need to call our office to set up your baby’s first clinic visit with us, usually one to two days after birth or from the day of discharge from the hospital.

Your infant’s first routine well child check visit usually begins at the age of 1-2 weeks of life, however, we often see newborns earlier if you or the medical staff caring for your baby has any concerns. Our nursing staff is ready to help answer questions, offer home care advice and assist you in determining if and when your infant needs to be seen by a doctor between well child care visits.
